Ieri pomeriggio un gruppo di blogger si è incontrato con l’Amministratore Delegato della Leo Burnett, Giorgio Brenna.
L’occasione: il lancio europeo di una campagna per Tampax già uscita lo scorso luglio negli USA, dove ha riscosso un buon successo, tanto che anche il New York Times ne ha parlato.
“E’ un’operazione di PR non convenzionale, come riteniamo che non convenzionale sia la campagna. Abbiamo convocato i blogger per dare loro anticipazioni e notizie di prima mano per un loro maggior coinvolgimento” ha spiegato Brenna.
Partiamo dall’inizio allora, dalla campagna. L’idea è quella di liberare l’argomento mestruazioni dal tabù che non vuole che se ne parli e dalla rappresentazione cui ci ha abituato finora la pubblicità. Donne ginnaste, che si lanciavano da un aereo o che dovevano a tutti i costi fare una ruota proprio in quei giorni. Poco credibile.
Vediamo piuttosto quel 28° giorno come il regalo più indesiderato di madre natura. Indesiderato perchè capita sempre nel momento sbagliato: di sabato sera, a San Valentino o mentre si è in vacanza.
Ed è lei la figura centrale della campagna: Madre Natura, la caricatura di una suocera, ma più chic, irriverente e dal linguaggio graffiante.
Le ragazze che vogliono prendersela con lei perchè è arrivata sul più bello – o che, al contrario, si lamentano con lei perchè tarda ad arrivare – possono farlo sulla sua pagina Facebook.
Presto la troveremo anche in versione suoneria telefonica e sono annunciate azioni di guerrilla e ambient giusto per ricordarci che la signora si presenta anche senza invito o quando meno te l’aspetti.
