Piacere Massimo, ci fai una tua breve presentazione?
Piacere mio. Sono un copywriter, ho un’agenzia di comunicazione chiamata Monkey Business (per il fatto che saltiamo continuamente da una cosa all’altra, e non ci prendiamo molto sul serio) e da un paio d’anni mi sono appassionato al coworking, che pratichiamo nei nostri uffici (in breve: ospitiamo nomad worker di tutte le professioni per mescolarci più possibile, e anche per guadagnare qualcosa dall’affitto delle scrivanie).
Chi finora ha più usufruito di questo servizio?
Scrittori, producer, commerciali, progettisti di yacht, PR professionals, giornalisti, programmatori, informatici, imprenditori, manager, consulenti finanziari, producer audiovideo, traduttori.
Un’altra iniziativa di cui sei diventato padrino è il Mind The Bridge. Puoi spiegarci di che si tratta?
Mind the Bridge è una fondazione no-profit fondata tre anni fa da alcuni italiani in Silicon Valley, California. Ha lo scopo di mettere in contatto le migliori idee imprenditoriali italiane con l’ecosistema imprenditoriale più avanzato al mondo, quello appunto della Silicon Valley. Da alcuni mesi la fondazione ha un team italiano, di cui faccio parte in veste di responsabile comunicazione.
Perché hai intitolato il tuo libro “Un etto di marketing”*? E quel mezzo etto in più che vorresti lasciarci cos’è, spam?

Il titolo nasce da un preciso spunto dell’editore, che mi ha esortato a scriverlo pensando a chi non ne sa molto. Nelle nostre chiacchierate continuavamo a chiederci “ma se un salumiere lo legge, capisce?” (senza offesa per i salumieri naturalmente).
Tutto questo ha portato – oltre che a un modo di affrontare gli argomenti estremamente semplice e chiaro – anche al titolo. A me piace, anche perché mi pare faccia riferimento a un atteggiamento umano e familiare… in fondo chi non ha mai sentito questa frase almeno una volta nella vita? E poi i salumieri sì che sanno trattare i clienti!
